Hi there! We're glad to see you here!
Little by little is our page getting ready. Boy is it a lot of work!
Got the feeling that's always gonna be 'under construction'...
We just wanted to be here on the web to let folks know a little
bit more about ferrets (how wonderful and fun we fuzzies are!),
and to introduce the 3 of us too!
We are Logan (sable gib), Leeloo (tiny albino sprite) and
Salma (champagne sprite), and
we're loved and cherished by
everyone that know us (especially our human Chris and her
love Markus who spoil us rotten!).
We all came from the same shelter 'Frettchen Hilfe Köln'
(Ferret Help from Cologne, Germany).
Our human addopted first Logan and Leeloo (who were about 1 year old)
and a few months later was Salma's turn (she was still a kit), so we've been
all living together since year 2001.
The only complicated thing about living here is that not many vets know that much about
ferrets, but we hope that with time (as there are more and more of us out here!) they start
studying more and gathering experience so to learn how to deal with our most common illnesses.
Having a vet who knows a lot about fuzzies is very important!
It can certainly save our lives!
We're so glad and lucky to be in touch with fuzzies and humans all over the globe, including countries
where we're much more known, their tips and experience (and love and support!) always help us
get through the toughest times!
Being a small ferret in this cruel world can be hard, but it's a lot of fun too!
